Prizes 

All winners in each race will receive a prize. Male and Female winners will have equivalent Prize awards. This Prize money is donated by the local locksmith: Speedy Locksmith.

Dog Prizes: 

2km: Goodie bag

50 km: Running Harness and Prize Pack

4th of October between 3:30 – 5:30 pm

5th and 6th October Race Registrations opens at 6:30 am and closes at 7:55 am

4 pm – Race registrations Open for all Races – Rokeby Hall

5pm- Race Registrations Close

Saturday 5th October

5:00am – Volunteer briefing

6:00 am - Race hub opens

6:00am – 10 km, 20 km and 50km Check-in opens

9:30 – Check in Closes

6:30: Race Briefing for 50 km without dogs at Rokeby Hall

6:50:  Head down to start line

8:30am - 20km race briefing without dogs at Rokeby Hall

8:50: head down to start line

9:00am – 20 km Race start

9:30am – 10 km Race Briefing without dogs at Rokeby Hall

9:50: head down to start line

10:00am – 10 km Race start

11 am – time expected for first 10 km finisher,

11 am - time expected of first 20 km finisher

11:45 am – Winners Presentations for 10 km and 20 km

1pm – first 50 km expected finisher

2pm – Expected time for Winners Presentations

4pm – 50 km cut off.

5pm – Event Close

 

Sunday 6th October

8:30am – Volunteer briefing

9:00 am: race registration opens for 2 km

9:30 am: Race Briefing

9:50 am: Head down to startline

11:30 am: final finisher of 2 km

11:45 am: Best Dressed Dogs presentation

12:30 pm: Event Close

Parking and Transport

Rokeby is a short 10-minute drive north of warragul. Parking will be available onsite at Rokeby reserve at the entry of the cricket grounds.

Results

Results will be made available here upon completion of the races.
